“Popular Mechanics’ Picture History of Transportation” is a beautifully illustrated history of transportation for Colonial Days to Future Transportation (from the perspective of 1952!). Hint: Reports of flying discs have stimulated serious experiments to determine whether this type of machine is feasible.
The book is published by Simon and Schuster and is 306 pages in length with every page being illustrated. Book is in good condition with some spotting on cover and the cover page having Christmas 1952 and the names of the people exchanging the gift.
