A 3.5″ X 5″ glossy black-and-white print of preserved LNER K4 2-6-0 ‘THE GREAT MARQUESS’, at an unknown station. A Type 2 (later Class 31) diesel is alongside, on a parcels train. Undated, but probably early 1960s. The back is blank, so no indication of photographer/copyright holder. Surface knocks and marks, which may not show on the scan, and generally a little bit battered. Mounting tape remnants on back edges.
Measurements are approximate. No enhancement has been performed on the picture, it is as it came from the scanner, apart from the ‘jj45523’ watermark, which is not on the actual print.
