This is a copy of the Railway Magazine published by IPC Transport Press Ltd. It is the May 1977 edition and comprises more than 60 pages.It includes features on how the Llanberis Lake Railway Handles the Freight, Indias Railway Heritage, Spying on Steam, and Locomotive Practice and Performance. There is also an article on how Kings Cross had its throat cleared, and another on Recording Track Geometry at 125 mph.Also included is a feature on how the journey time from London Paddington to Bristol Temple Meads was reduced from one hour 47 minutes to one hour 25 minutes in the 1970s, inclusive of a stop at Bath.The magazine is fully legible, aged but in good condition. It has some small creases on the front cover corners – see photos. It measures approx 10×7.5 inches in size. The central staples are in tact.
