A lovely copy of a full year’s editions of ‘Railway World’ magazine, for the year shown in the title. Originally launched in 1939, these magazines have been attractively bound in hardback covers, complete with covers and advertisng. The collection currently offered starts in the 1950s and runs through to the 1970s. Bindings vary from year to year, so not offering these as a full set. They chronicle the transition from the steam years into diesel and electric traction and will make fascinating reading for the railway enthusiast. They would also make great birthday presents for someone born in the publication year!
