Let me know if you want tracking. People ask for “Tracking Details” when they’ve paid two quid post ..!..There aren’t any! I always keep proof of postage but that’s where my responsibility ends. I’ve posted it, can’t do any more. 99.9% of items get to where they’re going but the 0.01% cause more grief than the rest put together. It can’t be simply “its been 2 weeks gimme my money back”. We HAVE proof of postage we don’t have proof it wasn’t delivered. Postage times are being stretched now more than ever so please be patient. I don’t click “dispatched” because i wouldn’t get anything else done and i get miffed at ebay wanting to infiltrate every single aspect of the transaction.
COSTS. Everything posted First Class now during the crisis. PLEASE be patient. Its 2 for a Badge, Football ticket type item. 3 for a Football Programme. If you object to these prices for me to put in a protective plastic sleeve/wallet, re-inforce with cardboard, envelope it up and drive round trying to post 30-40 items (lot of PO’s limiting the intake) then that’s fine, exercise your prerogative and do not bid, its a free country, just as i exercise mine to get all the stuff to my humble abode in the first place. I will safely recycle packaging where i can and never thought anybody would object to this.
OVERSEAS. Too many issues (disputing and then escalating a case to Paypal within two weeks of paying for the item…its taking two weeks within the UK in some cases!). All Overseas must now be Tracked/Signed for. Sorry but the few spoil it for the many as usual. I also don’t know where the items are ultimately destined for so i’ll refund any postage difference (pounds not pennies) so don’t worry..but i might need a nudge, lot on.
