Measures 6 ” x 4 ” with a whopping 381 pages and issued by order of W.D.Phillips the General Manager . The Index runs to 29 pages and it includes Eleven Appendices . It is dated 1st November , 1897 with this copy a 1st June ,1904 Reprint . Masses of information on the N.S.R. I should think you all know the format .A Super Rare Rule Book indeed .This is an ORIGINAL 1904 Edition and NOT a Modern Reprint .Condition…….covers are grubby , bumped at extremities and with damage to the top of the spine……….the first block of 15 pages are starting to pull away…………considering it was a working document the interior is excellentFULL REFUND IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH MY DESCRIPTION WHEN RECEIVED . ……………NOW THE BORING BITS………….. I have been collecting Railwayana and Transport related collectables along with Topography for over 30 years and now is the time to whittle it all down .
