A rare handbill from the Shropshire and Montgomeryshire Railway for the Grand Annual Show at Shrewsbury in May 1932 with Special Attractions – Band of the Black Watch and Sheep Dog Demonstrations (by champions ‘Lad’ and ‘Toss’). Cheap tickets from six stations on the S&M “Support the Local Line” on two trains during the day (it took almost one hour from Llanymynech to the Shrewsbury S&M station). Issued by Jas Ramsay Managing Director and printed locally. Handbill about 6″ x 13″. Will be posted in card-backed new envelope.
