Conveyancing Document for the sale of land in Pokesdown, Bournemouth from MR. F. S. Lansley to the Southern Railway Company. Dated to 1st October 1930. Includes the legal document with two pages of text, a page on the agreement of the clauses and a map highlighting the land in relation to the railway. Some minor damage in the form of folds, some fading and very small tears. All pages of the document are folded in half. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter.
