This auction is for two vintage letters from Stockbroker to Client for purchase of stock in 1889 and 1894, one of which is interesting because of its link to the railways.
The two documents are:
(i) Letter confirming purchase of 100 Canadian Pacific Railway 4% Debenture Stock for client dated April 1894 with details of purchase and 1/- Victoria Contract Note.
(ii) Letter confirming purchase of 250 Hungarian 4% 1881 for client dated September 1889 with details of purchase and 6d Victoria Contract Note.
Both items are in fair condition.
