STREAMLINED STEAM, BRITAIN’S 1930S LUXURY EXPRESSES by A. J. MULLAY Publisher: David & Charles Hardback, 1994
From my late Uncle’s large collection of Railway Books & Railwayana that I’m clearing through E-Bay. This book would be a great gift for any Steam Railway enthusiast/fan/collector.
Found in an unopened consignment of Railway books in a parcel at my Uncles house; unpacked them, shelved them, and have now taken some pictures of them
Condition: Unused and unopened until recently photographed. Note some minor signs of shelving and slight yellowing on the upper & lower dust jacket edges (see photos) – otherwise as new. Very glossy paper gives a sumptuous feel to this book.
Content: significant amount of text (telling the story of the streamliners) with copious black & white photos (many full plate) and a few timetables and rosters
