20 page booklet “The British Rail Passenger’s Charter”.
It doesn’t seem to have a specific date on. Text on page 3 says “Monitoring for the season ticket discount scheme has started and the first discounts will be available from SUNDAY 10 JANUARY 1993. Other provisions in this Charter which are not already in operation will all have been introduced by SUNDAY 3 MAY 1992.” Text on page 6 says “We have already embarked in 1992 on a major training programme…”. I therefore infer this was published in approximately 1992, although I suspect I actually picked it up from a station a couple of years later than that.
It’s in good condition, although there is a little wear along the edges, particularly the stapled spine.
