Two nice lithographs showing the railway in operation. Produced by Rapohael Tuck & Sons in 1894. The one with Plates III and IV measures approx 67.5xH27.5cm and is untrimmed; the other has slightly smaller dimensions with trimming on both sides and the bottom, well away from the image. Images are clean and bright; one or two marks but minor; paper toned darker where the lithographs have been exposed to light. Some edge damage. On I and II so,me chips, bumping and creases two of which reach the title text. On III and IV again some bumping on top edgeand a tear that just reaches the toned area, repaired verso; small remnant of mounting tape.Versos blank, clean and lightly browned. Please take a look at the images, a combination of photos and scans.I’ll post them loosely rolled in a very wide diameter posting tube (16cm).Many thanks for your interest in this engraving. Let me know if you need more information.
