Welcome to this auction heres a chance to get hold of a unusual item… a 1990 British Rail working clothes guide book, featuringall the uniforms for Ladys and gents working on the front line at British Railin the late 80,s early 90s The size is large at 30cm by 32 cm.
It features plastic outer covers and consists of 83pages of fantastic pictures a small sample can be seen in the pictures listed.
It also gives names to the various job roles and typesof uniform. I think B.R staff members are doing the modelling something you wouldntsee today in a corporate clothing guide. It isreally good condition given its age. This item was found when a local signal box wasdecommissioned a few year back and saved from the skip by my farther in law.
