Vintage estate sale item. Unknown age, but I would say it goes back a ways. I am not sure exactly what it is for. I am guessing a school. It came out of South Central Pennsylvania, so CC could stand for Cumberland County, but that is only speculation. Stamped Sterling M.A.C / N.Y on the back.
