A vintage railway oil lamp by Chas H Andrews of Cheapside, London.
In as-seen condition and not checked for serviceability in any way. Looks to be original and has clearly received a fresh lick of clack gloss paint within the last few years. I am assuming that this is a railway lamp for want of any better information, but it could quite possibly have been used elsewhere.
