Vintage luggage railway style 4 wheel solidtyre trolley local delivery possible
This auction is for a 4 wheel solid tyre platform truck, clean and readyto use. Dimensions approx. 1 metre wide (39.5 inches) x 2 metreslong (79 inches) and 510 mm (20 inches) tall. Sturdily built with aniron frame running around the periphery, a tubular iron chassis and a ballbearing turntable in the steering, a tubular handle is used for both moving andsteering. Despite it’s size and weight, it is surprisingly easy to move andcontrol, even on undulating surfaces or grass. Recently cleaned, painted and anew deck fitted constructed from decking boards, it will hold any weight thattwo people could lift and place on the deck. The solid tyres are in goodcondition and very serviceable and will not puncture and go flat!, the iron frame is ingood condition. It is used and will show signs of age and use relatedwear. Collection only from near Shawbury, Shropshire.
