This is actually a sort-of hard to find item, as it was not widely circulated – sort-of like for investors, and Administration type folds, government folks….
This is: TRAILS to RAILS. A great 48 page booklet, with a full history of the Story of Transportation Progress in Illinois, and was published by the Illinois Central System!
There is some labeling on the front cover, and some punch holes (probably stored in a notebook). But, all the pages are nice and crisp, all are intact, no tears or stains.
