Vintage, Snail Brand, single open ended spanner, 3/4W 7/8F.
This particular item is marked with SR, which seems to imply that it is a Southern Rail spanner, as other spanners from other railways have similar markings (e.g. LNER for London and North Eastern Railway)
The wooden rule is only used for scale and is not included.
Condition:
Restored, good. It has a few signs of wear and tear commensurate with age, but nothing significant.
It has been thoroughly cleaned with a bench grinder wire brush. It has also been waxed and polished to a high sheen.
