Vintage railroad pin has the shape of a shield and reads UNION PACIFIC 844. I can’t decide if the color is black or a really, really dark blue. Back is marked SUNDANCE PORTLAND, OR. It measures approximately 5/8″ x 1/2″. A dime is shown with the pin in the second photo to give you a sense of scale.
This is an older pin with expected signs of tarnish and wear.
