West Midlands franchise Christmas 2017/18 WCML Engineering advice issued by two different operators for same services This item comprises two identical customer advices for changes to services from engineering work during the Christmas and New Year holiday in December 2017 but issued by both the outgoing and incoming businesses operating the West Midlands franchise, which changed on 10 December from Govia to Abellio ownership.
Both booklets are 12 page stapled DL booklets. One is issued by the new West Midlands Trains operation owned by Abellio and certain Japanese railways, the other is issued by the outgoing operator, London Midland. So by the time the changes listed in the booklet published by LM took place, LM had ceased to operate the franchise.
Same information: different branding and font.
