R. – Sidings and Land Let to Wigan Coal & Iron Co. Ltd. – BUCKLEY WELLS between RADCLIFFE and BURY (E.L.) ” . Measures 25 ” x 8 ” single sided and dates to 16th June , 1908 from the Engineers Office at Manchester by D.C.Rattray . Its a diagram with reference number 349 top right and at a Scale of 2 Chains to an inch . Shows Lancashire & Yorkshire Railway Boundaries – Lines from Radcliffe – Lines to Bury (EL) and also Broadfield – ENGINE SHED – BUCKLEY WELLS CROSSING CABIN – Carriage Shed – Coal Yard – Coal Stack – Turntable – Bury Connecting Line – Mile Posts – Weigh Machine and various sidings etc . Has 349 and shows colour coded reference top left .A marvellous early L&YR diagram .Condition…….browned and with some edge nicks…….one fold top to bottom in the middle……………NOW THE BORING BITS……….. I have been collecting Railwayana and Transport related collectables along with Topography for over 30 years and now is the time to whittle it all down .
