This is a CRI&P Railroad flair box made of steel 13” x 9”x 3” there are two compartments on the end side 3.5 x 3 one is 11.5 ” deep. The other is 7” deep and two 1.5”x 1.5 on the side. I think it’s for matches box with a sliding cover on the front and a with a web shoulder strap.
